1. Double-click on the ICQ99a installation file.

3. Read the second license notice. If you agree with these terms, click I agree.

   

4. Click Next.

   

5. Click Next.

   

6. Click Next.

   

7. Click Next.

   

8. Select I'm using an English operating system.
9. Click Next.

   

10. Wait until the installation is completed.
11. Click OK.

    

12. Click OK to restart your computer.
