FTP with Fetch

1. First open Fetch. You will then see the following screen:

2. You will want to type in the necessary information, in "Host," type in www.awesomenet.net and in "User ID" type in your username. Type your password in the "Password" field, then make sure the "Directory" field is blank. Make sure you type this information in lowercase letters.
3. After typing in the information, click on the "OK" button. It will bring up your home directory. You can upload files now by clicking on "Put File..." You can download files by clicking on "Get..."

4. You can upload a whole folder (If you created a complete website in one folder, this is usually the best way to do it, rather than upload each file one at a time.) by going to the "Remote" pull-down menu, and select "Put Folders and Files..." At that point, you can add multiple files or folders to one upload session.
