AwesomeNet charges $1 to send an invoice via U.S. Postal Service. To avoid this charge, you can have your bill sent to any e-mail address you choose for free. Convenient credit card billing is also available at no charge (based on your anniversary date). Payment for all charges are due within (20) twenty days of the anniversary date. |

Once you sign up with AwesomeNet, you get one "user@awesomenet.net" email address. Up to ten free email addresses are available per account. Just call 1.888.408.8506 to set up a new email address. |

| What if I need to cancel? |
| |
For all cancellations, please call at 1.888.408.8506, email a request to cancel or send written request via U.S. Mail. We do require 30 days advance notice to close an account. Any balance remaining on the account at the time of cancellations will be considered final payment. |
